The price you see is the price you pay. Here's everything baked in — no upcharges later.
Three things move your number more than anything else. Knowing them helps you calibrate a budget before we even walk the site.
Pressure-treated pine runs $15–25/sq ft installed. Premium composites and hardwoods can push $50–75/sq ft. The same 300 sq ft deck can be a $14,000 build or a $32,000 build depending on the boards. We'll walk you through the trade-offs.
A simple rectangular deck off a slab is the easiest, cheapest build. Multi-level, curves, built-in seating, stairs to grade, integrated pergolas, hot tub cutouts — each detail adds labor and material. We price each feature transparently.
Central Texas clay soil, sloped lots, tree-protection setbacks, drainage problems, or a second-story attachment all change the foundation and structural cost. We assess this on the on-site walk before the number is finalized.
